Food safety & allergens
Since we work with food as a webshop, we strictly adhere to the rules that the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) has determined for retail trade (with distance selling). This way we can guarantee food safety at all times.
Do you have to take certain allergens into account for your own safety and health? We state on all product pages which allergens are contained in the entire product (the drinks box). Would you like allergen information for a specific product? You can request this from us by email. This also applies to all other ingredients.
Although very careful care is taken when separating and packaging foodstuffs from various product groups, we cannot rule out that products may come into indirect contact with each other in extreme cases.
COVID-19
COVID-19 has not yet spread to the world and that is why we are closely monitoring developments surrounding the coronavirus for your and our own safety. We follow the advice from the government and the RIVM and have taken various precautions to ensure that your order is processed and delivered safely. For example, we work with gloves as standard when packaging all products. You can then continue to order from us!
If there are new developments or something changes that affect our service and products, we will of course inform you immediately.
Which allergens do we mention?
In European legislation (Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, on the provision of food information to consumers), the following 14 substances are labeled as (highly) allergenic:

- Crustaceans

For each drink box we indicate which allergens are contained in it and whether they may contain traces of one or more of the above-mentioned allergens. To do this, click on 'allergen information' on the product pages.
