Delicious feta dip for a snack board

This feta dip is a simple and delicious appetizer that tastes great with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread. It is creamy, spicy, and incredibly tasty as an addition to the drinks board!
I used ¼ cup of water to make this dip, but you may need less or more than I do. Or maybe you prefer a thicker and less creamy dip. So start with a small amount of water and add more as needed. This way the dip should turn out perfect!
Start with a small amount of garlic. Use only ½ clove of garlic or even less and add more after you try the feta cheese dip. You can always use more, so don't add too much at first!
Do not add salt. Because feta is already quite salty, I do not recommend adding salt to this feta recipe. It tastes absolutely delicious without it!

  • 1/2 garlic
  • A few parsley leaves (to taste)
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 55 grams Creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon water


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or in a bowl.
  • Add very little water
  • Then mix until the whipped feta dip is creamy. Add more water until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Ready to serve!
